Three overnight bus rides,
two cruise nights,
one reindeer ride later.
Three Finnish cities,
two Scandinavian countries,
and one white Christmas later.
My heart is full of love
of those who give and create.
Full of gratefulness
of adventures and experiences.
My imagination of vivid experience lingers.
My love of people and things grew stronger.
My gratefulness of this life stays.
And my wonderful memories of adventures stored away.
This trip took me to winter wonderland,
to the Arctic Circle of a foreign land,
to negative ten degree weather
and to places that many of us wonder.
Excitement is an understatement
for the sleeps we lost,
the cold we endured, the fun we created
and many more things that will soon be the history.
But this one,
shall be an unfinished tale in my next sleep.
